Shipping At Lemonade, we're committed to delivering your backpack quickly and safely.

  • U.S. Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.

  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days, depending on the destination country.

Please note that shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions or customs delays.

Tracking Your Order Once your order is processed, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. This lets you monitor your backpack's status in real-time and know exactly when it will arrive at your door.

Returns We want you to love your backpack. If you aren't completely satisfied, you can return your order under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Backpacks must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • Personalized products are not eligible for a return, unless they have manufacturing defects.
